Veronika Bah
Passion for DanceFouetté Academy of Dance
Veronika is the owner and artistic director of Fouetté Academy of Dance as well as an instructor and choreographer.
Veronika started dancing at the age of 5 and hasn’t stopped dancing yet.
Born in Russia, Veronika trained at the Ballet Academy (Vaganova System) and finished University of Art a major in teaching and choreography.
During this time, she was professionally trained in a variety of disciplines including ballet, pointe, jazz, modern/contemporary and partnering. Veronika was performed on stage with international principal dance superstars from the Bolshoi Ballet, the Kirov Ballet, American Ballet Theater, the New York City Ballet and other international guest artists.
She has also studied with Toronto recognized choreographers and dancers such as Stelio Calagias, Stephen Findlay at “Metro Movement Dance Studio”,
Kevin Pugh, Tatiana Tchernova, and Sean Frederick D. at “Dance Teq” to name a few.
Prior to opening her own studio, she taught in multiple dance studios across GTA. In order to keep her skills current, she continues to attend dance workshops. Veronika is also Certified in Acrobatic Arts.
She specializes in ballet (Vaganova method), jazz, lyrical, and acrobatic-gymnastic styles.
Her outstanding choreography and exceptional teaching skills have won her and her students countless awards at Canadian dance competitions.

The goal of the recreational program is to provide a basic class for students of all levels of ability and age.
