Nicole D’Ornellas
Passion for DanceFouetté Academy of Dance

Born in Windsor, Ontario Nicole later moved to Toronto and began dancing at the age of three. She has received extensive training by Julie Nigro, Ashley Piitz, Michelle Szwez, and Georgina Hayball of the All That Dance Studio.

As the recipient of many awards including Candance – “Miss Teen Missisauga 2010”, her passion for dance continues to grow day after day. Her most recent honour was her invitation to participate in Fever National Finals held in Florida to represent her studio and work closely with many talented and award winning choreographers. Nicole graduated from the Arts Program with honours at Cardinal Carter Academy for the Arts, and has completed her undergrad at York University fulfilling her Bachelor of Fine Arts, Dance degree.

Nicole has also been able to continue her love and passion for dance outside of the studio. With credits including being showcased in “Raise The Rhythm 2013 fundraiser” (under the direction of Dani Kagan),“Play, A Gala for Sick Kids” 2010 (under the direction of Lara Smythe) along with taking part in a music video for Shaani Cage entitled “Dance Community”. Nicole’s love for dance continues as she shares her passion as a teacher at Fouette Academy Of Dance, and hopes she can be a part of the artistic development and personal growth of many aspiring young dancers.
